Peg Powler @ Localism

As part of the major exhibition 'Localism' at Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art there is a big double-decker display curated by Peg Powler till November 8th! It is in the main galleries, with the likes of LS Lowry and Glynn Porteous, and there are many things to see and do in the exhibition. We have devoted one of our display cases to Middlesbrough's outsider artist hero Shaun Elliott, and the other to a variety of art from the PP collection, all with some connection to Teesside.

It is amazing to be in a place like MIMA. In addition to the art the Peg Powler zine collection is on display. Come and read lots of zines and add your own! Call outs and workshops coming soon.
