The Peg Powler Gallery at Green Dragon Studios is a new alternative art space for the north east. Located in the gallery room of Green Dragon Studios in Stockton on Tees and taking place every Tuesday 6pm-9pm, Peg Powler Gallery exists to support and encourage local artists and and showcase art from the area in a relaxed and friendly environment. A place to enjoy art, meet people, and be creative.
Peg Powler's Gallery's first event, 'The Bad Art Show' was in February 2010. Art fans came to see some artwork, drink tea and green wine, create, read art zines, and draw on special art-cakes.
Entry to Peg Powler Gallery is free and for everyone. Have a cup of tea, browse out art-library, have fun and check out some of the area's most exciting new art.
